For hotel reservations, the maximum number of guests per room is 2. No more than two guests per room with a paying adult. Please notify the hotel at the time of booking whether one or two guests will occupy the room. You must be 21 years of age to register.
Surcharges
Daily room rates are subject to a 27% Government Accommodations, Facilities Fees & Service Charges. The facility fee includes room, Wifi, enhanced TV channel offering, parking, pool and beach towels, beach shuttle service, use of beach chairs and umbrellas.
Adult Policy / Minimum Check-in Age
Occupants for registration must always be accompanied by at least one (1) adult. Adult age is 21 years or older.
Group Bookings
Group bookings of six (6) or more rooms require a deposit equal to two nights for each room. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the non-group cancellation policy. Contact: reservations@theretreattci.com for group bookings and additional information.
Guarantee Policy
A valid credit card and a deposit equal to one night’s room rate, applicable taxes, and surcharges are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be collected upon arrival.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted.
Cancellations
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, equivalent to one night’s room rate, applicable taxes, and surcharges.
No Shows or Early Departures
No-shows and early departures will result in a full-stay penalty.
Hurricane Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy
If a hurricane watch is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Turks & Caicos Islands, guests with a confirmed direct booking reservation have the option to cancel or reschedule to a later date at no penalty.

Smoking Policy
The resort is a non-smoking property; however, a designated outdoor area is available.
